Arnold the Bird

This is a picture of Arnold. She is a bird that one of the units found as a baby. They told us that she was very small, pink and couldn't even fly yet. They nursed her back to health and now she is very friendly with humans. The first day I saw her was when I walked out of the dining facility with some bread and she flew across the hangar and landed on my shoulder.

Trey was able to visit me while I was still in Kuwait. We did not stop in Tellil for fuel so he was able to visit me. It was a great visit, I was able to give him a quick tour of the Chinooks and we had dinner at the chow hall. Thanks for the visit Trey.

New Address

I am here! We had a really nice (very quiet) night flight up. I do have my new address.

I don't have any requests on anything special right now. Weather here has been nice. It seems to be getting cooler every day. We are moving into the stormy season and I am looking forward to the rains. I hope that everyone is good back home and I will update as soon as we get our internet connections.
